Sorry for another squat question. I know you must be tired of it. I have watched most videos on the sticky, however.
I attended the Denver barbell cert in may and since have noticed many errors I had in my squat. I fixed most but can't seem to stop letting my knees cave in. I have similar problems as this guy: http://strengthmill.net/forum/showthread.php?t=5420.
I took the advice in the SS and lowered the weight and looked straight down at my knees but that did not seem to work and I also have tried putting bands around my knees to teach myself to push them out. This all works at lower weights but at anything above a light warm up they cave in which causes my hips to rise without the weight, leaving me to goodmorning the rest. I have lowered the weight from 315 to 225 and still struggle. Here is a recent video (used this angle to better view the knee problem): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dS7PSXF-nM
different angle: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZozWbZFnBOM
what can I do to fix this?
It gets worse on heavier sets: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ir_p0ZVs5Mg
thanks, Rip, for all the help. I still want to make a trip to WF.

You have to just keep your knees out. There is no secret. Use a weight you can do as well as the first set video. But get a real bar.
