    Hey Coach,

My "serratus anterior" hurts when ever I squat heavy, hurts A LOT when I lie down to bench press (it's fine when I bench), and now it hurts when I military press. It also hurts when I lie down on it. It use to only hurt when I would run. Could this be because of my lifting belt? I wear it pretty tight.

The pain in my quad started about a week ago. It hurts sometimes when I walk, move in a weird way, or stand up to straight. It didn't use to hurt when I squat but now it does. When I'm done with a set and start to walk around it hurts like hell! After a minute or so of walking it stops hurting. My knees have been drifting forward at the bottom of the squat. I didn't know I was doing but I think I have fixed it. Could that have caused it?

What should I do? I've tried icing and icyhot. Neither seem to work. Also, I'm on your program and I've been seeing great results, so I really do not want to take time off.

Sorry for all of my God dam threads coach but something seems to go wrong every ten minutes!

    I've circled where it hurts.

For your belt to be causing problems in your SA, you'd have to be wearing it high enough that it would have caused you embarrassment. I can't believe you'd do this. And I'm not sure that just because something hurts in an area, that means it's the muscle lying on top of it. The quad is a long thing, and you did not specify. But things are going to hurt from time to time.
