For people who are carb tolerant would decreasing carbs slightly and replacing them with fats have a positive effect on the ability to gain muscle/recover?

It would basically be replacing ~100g of carb (whole wheat bread/2 oz oatmeal) with 45g of fat (avocados/Peanut butter) and was wondering if this would create any type of real benefit or just be a pointless endeavour?

As an FYI current carb intake is around 40% of daily calories, and this would drop it to about 33, and fats would increase from around 20%ish to 27%ish.

I'm gonna wager a bet that it won't matter much either way. And using percentages is about damn near useless FYI (Zoners, go ahead and flame me, bitches!!!!!).

Thats backwards logic. If you are truly tolerant of carbs, you should eat as many as you can without an excess gain of bf. If you are having recovery issues, simply add in the fats you wanted too towards the end of the day and increase your P.W.O. carb intake.

If you were INTOLERANT to carbs, then you could reduce carbs up your fats, but you aren't.
