This may not be the right forum, but I wanted your input. I imagine it should be something like the programming for a shot-putter. My shitty gym has no bumpers, so snatches and jerks are out. I'm intermediate, 43, 6'2", 240. Does the following look reasonable?
Monday:
Power Cleans 5x3
Bench 3x5
abs
Tuesday:
Squat 3x5
Press 3x5
chins
Thursday:
Power Cleans 5x3
Bench Speed Sets 8x3
hypers
Friday:
Squat Speed Sets 8x2
Push Press 3x5
chins
Any suggestions?
