It looks fine. Don't worry about bar speed, though. As the weight gets heavier, the bar speed is going to slow down, and that's OK. As long as you do all your reps, you're good to go.

I think your elbows are pointing too much out. I think you should have them more in; reduce the angle between your humeruses and torso. But if you're feeling comfortable the way you're doing them, that's ok. Otherwise they're just fine
