Texas Method Press
Two Questions:
1. In PPST, the Texas Method example in the back of the book shows that light day for bench to use 90% of last Monday's weight. What should you do for the light day on the (OH) press? In the book, the example has a weight at 3x5 that is used for the following Monday with 5x5. Wouldn't that be too much stress on a "light day" to press 3x5 for about 80% of the max weight? The "90% of last Monday's weight" for bench makes since, but I would think you could do the same for the press.
2. In PPST, it states for adding weight to the TM, "Both the Monday and Friday workouts increasein weight each week by 5 pounds". Does this go for the (OH) press, too?

2. I doubt the press will improve that quickly at the intermediate level.
