looking up above eye level during deadlift
Hey Coach,
i understand that you coach the deadlift as keeping a downward gaze while pulling in order to keep the spine aligned. After watching some WB videos where they are stating keeping the head up while deadlifting as opposed to looking down at the ground for more power and emphasizing head up and thinking about pushing your head back during the lift. What are your thoughts on this?
