    Nice video, Rip. However, would knee wraps be appropriate for someone whose patella sometimes pops out of place when the knee is flexed?

    Informative as always. Would something similar work for ankles? I have an ankle injury that's interfering with my training, and athletic tape isn't doing a hell of a lot.

    Yeah, that's why I didn't just try it with a knee wrap. My shoes have a little extra room (I need to tighten the metatarsal strap pretty hard to make them snug), but I doubt I could fit a knee wrap in there. I do have a boxing wrap lying around, though; maybe that'll do the trick.

    Failing that, is there anything else you usually have people do temporarily when ankle injuries prevent squatting? I expect this injury will heal in a couple more weeks, but I have a history of ankle injuries from my sport, and would like to minimize strength loss the next time it happens.
