Squat form check
Hi,
Here are my 2nd and 3rd sets from today (on the 1st set the phone moved so all of the hip left out of the frame, making the video irrelevant).
What do you think about the technique ?
I noticed that during the bottom of the squat my knees travel forward a little - Is it serious ?
Thanks in advance.

Your back is in overextension at the top and you are trying to keep your shins too vertical. At the bottom, you tend to relax your spine and round a little with occasional forward knee travel. Your first rep on the first set was quite pronounced, but you pulled things back in better control for the rest of the reps. Let your knees come forward earlier and then drive them out and keep them there. Stay in a more neutral position at the top and stay tight at the bottom. Lean over a little more. A low bar squat is not done with an upright torso.
