    Default Is it wrong to lift after getting all your calories for the day in?

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    I saw on another forum this question.

    Some people lift after getting in all their calories. Is this wrong Mark? Personally i do the same bc i can lift more ( probs because of more energy)

    Is this detrimental to progress?
