Dips
Should wind up looking something like this:

If anyone sees any glaringly obvious mistakes, please do comment. I hardly know it all.

Being a teenager, I failed to get to the gym due to parental constrictions. That aside, I got to the gym Thursday night, and the workout went decent. In hindsight, I don't think I quite made my food requirements for the day, hence the suckage on the lifts. But I'll back back Saturday and Monday to show the iron who's boss.

My ride was being pushy, so I didn't get dips in, but that's only assistance/vanity work, so I'm not really disappointed. On Saturday I will hit it with the following:

Power Clean 100x3x5
Chin-ups BW + 40 x 3 x 5

Once gain, ride trouble, but I got to the gym Sunday afternoon. Workout:
Squat Warmed up, then finished with...

Chin Ups 40 x 2 x 5, followed by one set where I only made 4.
