    Hello Mark

This is Aaron from Canada. I have been following starting strength for 4-5 months now and have increased in all my lifts and in body weight.

    Age 25
    Weight 172lbs (up 16lbs)
    Squat 3x5 313.5 - 350 1Rm
    Dead 1x5 400 - 450 1Rm
    Bench 3x5 190- 220 1Rm
    Press 3x3 130
    Power clean 5x3 185

Just before my last power lifting meet progress slowed way down on my lifts, so I switched to a TM template. The next meet I had lined up is full so I decided to try an switch it up by doing an Olympic Weightlifting phase of training. Below I have outline the program that I am looking at using.

Monday: Snatch volume @ 75-80% of Saturdays Max, Squat Heavy 2s, push press 3x5

Tuesday: Power Snatch 5x2, Clean & Jerk volume @ 75-80% of Saturdays Max, front squat 3x3

Thursday: Power clean 5x2, jerk from rack 5x2, bench 3x5, chins

Saturday: Snatch and Clean & Jerk heavy singles, squat 3x5, deadlift 1x5

    Notes:
    - Squat: Monday is an Intensity Day and Saturday is a Volume Day
    - Front Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift and Push Press Increase weight by 2.5 -5 pounds per workout
    - Power Snatch and Clean increase weight by 2.5 each workout

I'm looking for some input to see if I'm on the right track with programing or should I make some adjustments. Thanks
