    Default [Form Check] Squat

    Hey guys, I need a form critique for my Squat. The video shows me at my 2nd and 3rd work set @ 195 lbs. I feel like something's way off and I've been working the past couple of weeks to keep my form in check.

    You are allowing your knees to track forward and over your toes. TUBOW. With that, it is causing your weight to shift forward and that's why your heels come up off the floor. Concentrate on pushing your ass back; imagine sitting on sitting down onto a toilet. It almost appears as though your stance is to wide, could just be the angle. Might make it look like your feet aren't pointing out much either.

    Yeah, I realize sometimes that I'm coming up on my toes too much. I think I'm just afraid of leaning back too much, but I just have to get that out of my head. Thanks
