I'm doing this more for me than for any readers, so it will probably be pretty bland. Stats:
Weight: 205 lbs
Height: 5'6"
BF%: 25-30%
(Starting --- Now)
Squat: 105 --- 205 lbs (+100 lbs)
Bench: 125 --- 180 lbs (+ 55 lbs)
Press: 55 --- 115 lbs (+ 60 lbs)
DL: 125 --- 220 lbs (+ 95 lbs)
The last week or so I've been eating about 5000 calories a day but have since learned that this is ridiculous, so starting today I am on 3500 calories a day. I am resetting my press by 15% (down to 95 lbs) because of a stall/shoulder impingement. I think it got too heavy, form broke down, I didn't get under the bar and use traps enough and shredded up the shoulder ligaments or whatever. I am going to continue to increase by 5 lbs every workout, and hopefully I can try to drop some fat in the process cause I seriously need to lose some of this gut. For real. Thanks to everyone who told me what I needed to hear.
