    im still a little high for sure. thought ai nailed the last rep but after a secod look im not sure if i did.

    Can you get lower? All the reps are high. I think you need to stretch. Use the bar with some weight on it to push you down in the hole and sit down there for a minute or 2. Also just make sure the weight is in the middle of the foot. Some people have this problem when they sit too far back on their heels. The TUBOW also may help get your depth.

    Ill try that. Thats what I'm thinking. I started stretching again. However it looked like my knees went right over my toes. Thank you very much

    The bar may be too low on your back. Check out the video on bar placement. Your hands are moving around and the bar is not still. Stretching is unlikely to solve anything here. You just need to get your ass lower and keep your chest up a little higher to avoid doing a good morning. With a little bit of yelling you would be below parallel on every rep.
