I started SS (or something like it) on January 2nd, completed 4 workouts so far, debated whether or not to post a log (I can get quite addicted to web forums!) but I think it will help me to keep my lifting progression in perspective. So here I am.
Stats:
Female
32 years old
Weight: 51kg/ 112lb
Height: 1m63/5'3
Training History: Completed New Rules of Lifting for Women in August-December 2013, weight training 3 times per week plus 1 aerobics class plus 1 dance class.
Goals: Get stronger, build muscle, stay healthy.
Yesterdays workout (number 4) - Hope it's ok to post weights in kg (I'm in Europe). If not, I can convert in future.

Practised hang cleans with empty bar

*Notes: Trainer suggested 5X5 and extra stuff

Welcome! I would suggest doing SS as written. Extra stuff can tend to get in the way of recovery.
