    500 x x5 x 3. Rear and Side Rip Rack Shrugs

While I am still progressing with my Deadlift, I have been using these in addition to assist in supplementing my Deads and Cleans. The ankles are a limiting factor in a real explosion in my PC form. My thought was I can work on building the back and shoulder girdle to assist in creating that explosion during the shrug portion of the clean.

Do you see any pending damage or fucking of thyself within these videos?

    Thanks much

If yopur legs don't hurt after you do these, or even if they do and it goes away, I see no problem with them. What would your concern be?

Nothing hurts. You stressed in the Platform video that these aren't for everyone. I understood there to be the implication that these could go wrong quickly if done incorrectly. Seems I am in good shape - -LP from here..

    Rip, look! A monkey . .

That's an orangutan. He's no more a monkey than you are, Mr. Jones. In fact, you and that orangutan are, effectively, exactly as closely related to the monkeys as he is.

Brian knows this. He's a zoologist too. He's just using the term in a loose way, for comic effect. "Monkey" sounds funnier than "orangutan", has half the syllables, and is recognized as a general term in these circumstances. I hope this clears up any confusion.

Maybe he'll post a picture of a dolphin (the mammal) and find a funny way to call it a "fish."

For some reason, this made me laugh so hard, my stomach hurt.

But it wouldn't be as amusing to me to tell BBL how closely he's related to a fish.
