If you're lifting outside at -20, you can use any gloves you want. But it's important to note that you are a fool.

Just heat your bar. I put mine on top of an electric oil heater with a blanket, and it gets toasty warm. With a warm bar, I was able to train through the Worst Winter Ever here in Chicago.
If you happen to find a pair of gloves that do the job let me know!
Use a car battery. Apply electrodes to each end of the bar while lifting. Toasty.
I was thinking glove liners covered by mittens. Cabelas has some for hunting. Pull the mittens off for the set, lift with the thin gloves and put the mittens back on to rest.
Although heating the bar is an idea. I can get reusable handwarmers. I'd be at a park. Pull the bar out of the car first, activate the handwarmers and put them on the bar first while I get the plates out. Replace them between sets. I don't know if the handwarmer is enough energy, but maybe.
