Squat Check
I'm in my 4th week of LP (38yo 6'0" 201lbs.) and this is the first squat session that felt very difficult.
Last work set @ 185lbs. Thanks for your time and any criticism.

Not too bad, except for the footwear. Break with your knees and your hips at the same time. Right now, the first part of your descent is mostly knees. Drive your hips up hard from the bottom and stay with your hips through the middle of the squat.
