Default Squat check - uneven bar in hole

I'm looking for advice on how to fix an uneven bar at the bottom of the squat.

    Brief training history:

    1. I'm currently injured with hip tendonitis (worse on left side) and SI joint pain.
    2. Over past 2 years I've worked up to 350 5x5 and around each attempt managed to get injured during squatting - either adductor pulls (twice) or SI joint pain (once).
    3. When standing my left pelvis appears lower then my right (by about 3/4 inch). I am try to resolve why this with help of doctor. PT thinks it's leg length discrepancy, osteopath (quack IMO) thinks it's uneven hip caused by tightness. Still investigating.
    4. I don't know how long I've been squatting with an uneven bar - only just started videoing front on.

If I didn't have so many injuries it would bother me too much having an uneven bar.

(apologies for not having like for like videos - I will take these next session)

Would appreciate any help or advice you can offer.

Have either of them actually measured your leg? The bar seems to do the same thing in both videos. Post a shot from the back.

    It could be shoulder related.

Neither measured properly. Went to the doctor - he measured, thinks they're the same length (when lying down), although admits they're not when I stand. Didn't have much confidence in him - he suggested I stop lifting (to stop my injuries). I've been referred to a "specialist" (UK healthcare ... takes a while to get things sorted).

Rather embarrassingly today's squats, for the first time in months (sod's law), seem to be better, but still a slight tendency to dip at the bottom. It also happens to be the first session in months were my tendonitis has not flared (possibly not a coincidence).

Your left hip looks higher than the right now. Get your leg measured. In the meantime buy a cloth tape measure and look up some videos on youtube on how to do it.

I see what you mean. I think I've got some uneven muscle development as it looks similar without the shim:

In any case, gonna go get my legs measured to make sure. Appreciate the advice.
