    Hi Guys,

    Thanks for having this Q&A page.

    Please check my below videos of my squat and deadlift.

    Both on 92.5kg (203lbs). I think my deadlift is the same as my squat as I didn't train deadlifts for a couple of months but trained squat.

    Please give me any improvements. Cheers!

    Squat looks good. Keep it moving.
