Form Check
Hi Coaches. The last form check I posted, Mac suggested I cue knees out rather than what I had been cuing myself with which as "knees forward and out". this is the thread: http://startingstrength.com/resource...825#post976825
Anyway, I've been working with that cue and it has been helpful. I've recently done a reset and now my volume day is back to where it was before the deload. I was hoping to get a form check to see how everything is looking.

Those squats look pretty solid. If your knees traveled slightly further forward in the first half of the movement, I would be okay with it, too. Well done.
