Squat Form Check
Hello SS Coaches,
I was on vacation for about a week and did not have access to a squat rack.
Ever since I got back (I've had 4 squat sessions since then) I have had trouble with my form.
Any thoughts, suggestions, advise on it?

Pretty good, overall. You do break with your hips first by sitting back, so work on breaking at the hips and knees together. And when it gets hard on the way up, keep driving your hips. Think "stay in your hips," it looks like you try to lift the chest there which is slowing things down.
