I went back to real butter and whole milk quite a while ago. How the hell could margarine be better for you, let alone good for you. And as for milk, assuming there was a reason for low fat, there is barely any difference in the actual fat content. 1%, 2%, really? No reason at all. And for those skim milk drinkers - go to hell, the lot of you.

Well, here we go, with the bacon and eggs, on the sandwiches, in the porridge, on the toast, butter cookies, in the mashed potatoes, on the scones, you can even use on your snow shovel to stop the snow sticking, the list is endless, tell me it's ok, there is a lot riding on this.

Butter is good to put on your hands for deadlifts. It improves your grip strength over 300%.

Yeah, but what about A2 and permeate free milk?

I would suggest also that one should include putting on nitrile gloves coated with bacon fat, this will also give a pleasant result and will overcome the extreme friction caused by unsatisfactory knurling of perfectly good steel.

No, no butter. I cook almost exclusively in bacon fat, seriously. Chocolate chip cookies made with bacon fat instead of butter are absolutely food of the gods.

Butter is much better than margarine as a lubricant!

Can't be good for you...butter, after all, was the symbol of the protagonist's irredeemable decent into continental debauchery in that movie everyone names but never watched. It is the proverbial last tango. And it has the word "butt" in it. Abandoned all hope.

Somehow I made the connection between butter and shoes. And found a good clean recreational use for butter.
