I went back to real butter and whole milk quite a while ago. How the hell could margarine be better for you, let alone good for you. And as for milk, assuming there was a reason for low fat, there is barely any difference in the actual fat content. 1%, 2%, really? No reason at all. And for those skim milk drinkers - go to hell, the lot of you.
