Squat form check video
Dear Coach Campitelli/other coaches of the SS community,
It's been a while since I haven't posted a form check video. I have been using the book and the cues given by the coaches in several form check videos posted here, including the ones that have already been given to me.
Here's a set of five, at 106kg, the second set out of three. This was shot in the 17th of October

I hope the video enables a clear analysis, as I don't mean to waste your time
Thanks in advance!

Even though it took my night vision goggles to see your squats, because apparently Portugal has not yet discovered lighting technology, I can easily discern that your squats are a couple of inches too deep. Beyond that, we need to be able to see you to coach you, and in this video, WE CAN'T SEE YOU. Read the sticky at the top of the forum here: http://startingstrength.com/resource...yes-means.html
I will say this: You kept your head down, which makes this better than about 97.25% of the other squat videos we see here. Congratulations!

Thanks for your reply coach,
I will look forward to post a better quality video next time. I have read the stickies, but I am having an hard time shooting a good quality video in my garage. Still, no excuses, and I will try to make your job easier next time.
As for depth, I have been trying to make sure my hip joint stays bellow the top of the patella, without compromising lower back tightness.
Thanks for your help, coach Hill. Hope my squat is getting better over time

CREASE of the hip. This is explaining in the book, as well as by Canptelli here:
