Reverse Hyperextensions are amazing.
Throughout the summer (and likely in the future) I do a TON of bending over of my upper and lower back depending on the tasks involved in labwork. After today (~7 hours) my back was so sore I couldn't finish my squat warmups due to some pretty bad pain (not a deadlift day so I can't comment on that).
Are there any things I can do during or after I work? It is difficult to avoid bending much since most work has to be done close and is roughly waist height on me.
