I have tibialis anterior hernia

My mom noticed a lump on my right leg a few days ago, I took a quick look at it and dismissed it as just a vein. Today while waiting to cross the street I looked down and saw the lump. Got back home and looked it up. First thing that came up was cancer. Got a little light headed and sweaty.

Eventually I found out about tibialis anterior hernia on a running forum and that's exactly what it looks like:

Anyone else have this? It doesn't bother me at all, even when I press it. I do feel some sort of hole underneath.
