300 lb squat!
44.5 year old absolute novice squatted 300lbs across sets this morning in my sixth week in the program. That may not be great in absolute terms but I'm damned pleased. When I first unracked and walked back 225 I thought I'd never squat 300.

As a guy that just turned 44 and used to be a pretty good squatter that just started lifting again I think that is great.

I know a lot of people are much weaker in the morning. You squatting 300 at that time of day is even more impressive! Awesome! So did you start at 225 six weeks ago?
