Bench: 205 x 5 x 3 (Last rep on each set was very grindy, probably time to start microloading)
Squat: 225 x 5 x 3 (Doing the advanced novice light squat day)
I've been in and out of the gym since I was a sophomore in High School, (mostly doing random bodybuilding style splits) but discovered Starting Strength at the end of February this year and decided to give it a run. All-time PRs are now being set in all lifts every session, so I wanted to start my training log to keep track of my progress in the forums.

Weight: 285 (Down from 315 at the end of Feb.)

Squat: 260 x 5 x 3
Press: 125 x 5 x 3
Lat Pull Downs: 175 x 5 x 3 (no chins yet, working up to them)

Press: 127.5 x 5 x 2, 4 x 1. Aaaaaalmost had that last rep but it started falling after 2 long seconds at the sticking point. Considering I almost failed the 5th rep of the first set, I feel pretty good about getting to 14/15 total reps.
Lat Pull Downs: 180 x 5 x 3

This morning's workout:
Deadlift: 330 x 5 x 1. This felt better than my deadlift has for the last month. Very happy about how this went.
Press: 127.5 x 5 x 3. Got all the reps this time and the last one wasn't even much of a grind.
Squat: 225 x 5 x 3. Really like having a "light" squat day in between Monday and Friday.

Bench: 210 x 5 x 3

Great workout overall, nothing felt particularly grindy. Progress continues!
