Lifted for years have been as heavy as 205 pushing tons of food down and following various power building routines.
Dropped a lot of weight several years ago while fighting amateur mma.
My favorite programs prior were always the madcow options.
I've some experience with "coaching" others and have always been encouraged to be a personal trainer.
I've been familiar with the SS program and think it's a great program but recently have came up on the idea to get certified as a starting strength coach so a few weeks ago I decided to use it myself to get my lifts and weight back up. Also employing its use on my very fit but very untrained girlfriend as well.
I thought I'd start logging my progress and possibly hers as well.
When I get some time this eve or tomorrow I'll give a little more back round as well as post my first couple weeks up...

Eh some life happened and missed fridays session
So repeated last session but added five lbs to all lifts
Probably a mistake as lower back is slightly strained
