Squat form check
I thought I should finally ask for a form check to see what I could improve on.
This is 270lb
my knees seem to still slide forward at the bottom, maybe I need to lower my working weight and work with Tubow again. I thought I had fixed this but when the weight gets heavy it comes back.

I suspect the main thing you need to do is drive your knees out more. This will drop you lower, which is good because many of these reps look high. Doing so will also probably tame the knee slide at the bottom.
