Itll be interesting to see if my numbers go up as I try to lose weight and get down to 210-15.Im not gonna go the gradual route.Also i started slightly below my 5RM on the lifts.

DL-280x1@100% (couldnt get 5 reps being I just DL on thurs.So I will rest for next Sun.)

I think ill make some good progress on TM,I was gonna wait a while longer to switch,but TM looked interesting.
