Default Pain in back, hurts more with breathing?

After helping a older relative up off the ground, essentially deadlifting him up by hooking under his armpits I noticed a little sharp pain around the middle left of the left shoulder blade about 30 minutes later. It hurts a bit more the deeper breaths I take. Wonder what that would be? Probably no problem other than working through it; I think I will just wait a few days and see if it gets better (which it probably will). What do you think, strain/sprain?

I get those occasionally myself, and I don't know what it is. It may be a strained serratus posterior inferior, because it heals slowly. It may be a facet/disc/intervertebral ligament. Dunno, prolly nobody else will either. Just train through it as best you can.

Yeah, I just went ahead and did deadlifts today anyway. Meh, pain didn't increase with the lift or anything.
