This type of diet won't work very well long term. Plenty of posts on this. How much are you lifting?
I have been doing the SS Novice program for 6 weeks. After Thanksgiving 2018 I started fasting every 3 days for 36 hours and have been following a Keto diet. I have lost 40 pounds with fasting and diet have completly stopped my 4 insulin shots per day with normal blood sugars. Now that I am hot and heavy into SS Novice I am concerned about my eating/fasting and muscle adaptation I should be seeing. I usually feel great when lifting during a fast but, my last fast/lift day 4 hours after I experenced hunger like I have never had during fasting. My blood sugar was 73 and I had to break fast. Any thoughts on combining Keto with fasting and SS?
