Collapsing squat? Knee cave?
Hi,
I’ve been squatting for a few years now and approx two weeks ago I noticed my left side was going deeper than my right. I haven’t noticed this before and I’ve squatted 130 kg without this problem. I’ve tried lowering weights, using no weights, changing the width of my stance and my foot angle. Nothing seems to help.

Can't tell from a video. An asymmetry like this can be due to a leg length discrepancy. Get it checked.
