Are you wanting to eat an actual meal before you workout?
Ok coach. So, I need to move my workouts to early right now. Being in the Army comes with an inconsistent checkout time from day to day. I also am married with 4 kids at home. These two issues have made it difficult to remain consistent. I am going to be working out within 30 minute of waking. I have ordered some dextrose powder for a jumpstart. What other nutrition do you recommend to get me through the workout. P.S.-I love overnight oats!

One of my secret weapons on 4 am days is keeping a 5 hour energy right next to the alarm clock.
I'm old school. If I'm going to do a shake i do whey and dextrose or a core power with a banana.
Does mixing the dextrose slow down the absorption of the dextrose, thus delaying the required energy?
