    Default Squat Form Check 2

    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    I posted a form check last week: Link
    Main issues were a too narrow stance and too vertical back.

    Now heels are under my shoulders. I'm trying too leaning forward more but it feels like this is most forward I can go before falling over.
