    Coach,

Do you accept visiting kids from out-of-town who show up to the WFAC doorstep?

Sounds good. Some skinny kid get looking to get big and strong. I'll send you an email when I get closer to the area. Thanks for the reply, coach.

Please understand there is some mandatory hazing. I'll bring the goat.

How much lead time do you like to set up a training session?

    Coach,

Do you plan on offering any more basic barbell certification courses through CrossFit? Everything's sold out except for one event in Florida. Any plans for a seminar in or around New York or the north east? I don't have to be a crosfitter to attend, do I? Do you offer a class structured like the BBT cert at WFAC?

I've made reasonable gains, though I'm pretty sure I'm totally screwing up the power clean. I think I'd probably improve on all my lifts if I actually saw them performed correctly and if I had a few cues here and there.

Gant is the Hazing Chairman, and I am required to defer to his judgement in these matters. Lead time depends on my schedule. If I'm not busy, it takes about 30 minutes. And there are only 6 BB Certs on the CF website at a time, but we're booked until next May.

I second this request. East Coast anywhere between, NC and Boston next spring/summer and I will be there with bells on. If it is up in Boston, dragging a child (grown) with me. In Va Beach the other one - if they let me.

Also in the mean time I need a vacation and some help. I too am having a hard time with the clean. But I am certainly no kid and not a boy. How about old women showing up on your doorstoop?

SS to the letter is starting on the first of the month. Between now and then clean practice based on instruction from world class coaching DVD. I have no one to help watch or spot, except a skinny-fat kid who finds my weightlifting shoes and deadlift form (which is good) very amusing. Not sure and me about the much discussed whole gallon of milk. I drink it all the time already but not sure about that much, being not a scrawny child.

Hazing? not so much on my agenda...
