Thank you very much for your advice. I will surely work my way to get to 75-80 kg soon. Like you mentioned, I'll start with 3500 calories. Sir, should I keep my macros at High Carb (60:25:15) or Moderate Carb (50:30:20) or should I follow a different combination?
