Starting Strength training and getting back to eating like a normal human did not only make me stronger and bigger but also made me stop worry about shit in life that doesnt matter. Even numbers on the lift doesnt really matter that much anymore. What matters is to keep on eating, lifting and enjoy the good things in life.
Chuck Norris could have wrote this article because it was real good.
