Should I do a weight loss now or later?
M 30 years old 250 lbs 5,9 tall
Currently on Texas method
Squat 210 kg x 5 (463lbs)
Press 80 kg x 5 (176 lbs)
Deadlift 215 kg x 5 (473 lbs)
Benchpress 120 kg x 5 (165)
Over the last 9 month I put on almost 25 pounds, got into a depressed phase in fall lost energy and didn't train almost anything at all and started comfort eating. Right now I probably got around 25% body fat, maybe even almost 30 %.
Now I am back on track, continuing on Texas method and doing pretty good think am able to continue on it for some time.
My question is, should I continue on the Texas method until I can do it any longer and then starting a weight loss or how do I know it's the right time to start? And if on a weight loss, how should I program my training?

You have some pretty nice numbers there. I say run it out then cut afterwards.
