Other exercises post-injury sticky
Let me preface by saying a searched and couldn't find the answer.
After 6 weeks of SS and doing great, I hurt my right bicep doing something unrelated to SS and now I have to officially accept the fact that I'm injured and need to rehab it. Because I can't bench 2/3 what I was at without it hurting.
My question is that since I'm going to have to take off all other exercises that were going just fine, for the next 2 weeks or so. What do I start back at, on all the other exercises? The same weight I left off at? I wasn't quite sure because of the layoff. Didn't know if I should drop them back down a tad and ramp back to or if my strength would maintain during the injury rehab.

I don't think that a bicep injury is serious enough to devote your full rehab attention to. And are you sure it's actually a bicep?
