    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    I have a situation where I can use bumper plates at one location but prefer to workout at a different place primarily because one location has a power rack and the other has the bumper plates. Is it ok to split the workout on the power clean days? Meaning, doing the squats and bench press in the morning and finishing the power cleans in the evening?
