Unfortunately I've taken several days off from the gym. Work has been crazy and I've been enjoying myself coaching football and hunting a little bit. Next week calls for a deload on 531 but I don't think I'm going to. Maybe after this cycle but I've had plenty of time to recover and rest since I didn't do much lifting this week. I am looking forward to getting back in and squatting more.

Not what I wanted but not too bad for 2 hrs of sleep and 2 half ass meals in the last 48 hrs. Skipped conditioning today. Plenty of work this weekend burning calories and we have training in the morning with more conditioning so no big deal. Gotta eat a ton tonight and crash.
I feel like I should be going heavier on the high bar squats but after my work sets with low bar I'm spent. High bar just feels awkward as do front squats. Oh well, I'll stay with them for at least 4 531 cycles. Any good ideas for cues? Same hip drive as with low bar?
