    Press 180x5x5 BARELY, grinders all the way.
    Dips 65x10 strained the fuck out of my neck

    Fuck that squat program. Huge waste of time.
    305x5x3 all were grinders. I'm going to just squat whatever I feel like from now on

    Pendlay rows 225x5x3
    Strict rows 140x8x3

    I've decided I'm going to try squatting heavy every day again. Work up to a single and them 2 back off sets. I'm going to alternate back squats and front squats.

    Slept shit last night. My arms go numb every half hour while I sleep. Ever since I hurt my neck.

    Didnt sleep much two days ago so I took yesterday off. Felt great this morning so I took care of squats.

    Front squat 320x1 pr 275x3-3

    Session 2
    Great evening workout, I guess I know I don't need to bench to drive my press.
    Press 185x5x5. Grindy, no worse then 180 though.
    Dips 45x10x3 neck it good to go
    Pullups bwx12x3 fuck ya, lots of pop today.

    Deadlift 495x1 hook grip. Still got it
    405x6 DOH. Grips improving too

    Maybe it's just that since your bench has gone up the ceiling for your press has gone up and you're filling into it via more practice with pressing?
