Knee is still feeling sore and swollen so I didnt squat, for some reason cleans didnt bother it so I did a throw back workout and did a heavy C&J
Up to 295 no misses. actually pretty easy. Im really impressed I didnt lose a step in technique after not olympic lifting for 2 months. I did some clean pulls after that.
Good news is baseball season is over so my joints and muscles should be able to recover much better. I was playing 3-4 times a week some weeks and it was thrashing my knees.

Inclined 225x5 DBpressed 70x10
BS 275x3x8 RDL 225x10 Going light to see if i can get by pain free
Pressed 200x5 and inclined 85x10
FS 295x3 DL 495x3 Sn 205 pretty easy

#325x3x5 squat (weakest lift, knees pain always resetting progress)
205x3 165x10 press
deadlifting in the 5's

Still chugging along. Recurring knee issues halts progress every so often but I'm getting close to PR's again.
Squat 375
Bench 297 5x5
Press 192 5x5
Deadlift 450 3x3 doh. Pretty easy, I'd guess my max is around 550
Pull-ups are great right now. Sets of 14 wide grip at a bw of 245-250
