3 month outage was the confluence of questionable luck with stupidity.

Public service announcement, If you own an older toyota:
I have a 2007 Sienna (bought new) the k-frame ($2000 or so to replace) is covered for 20 years for rust. This is a problem. Check the k-frame with supports the Engine/Trans and bolts to the frame and has motor mounts. so 2008 or newer, these things rust out, and are covered for 20 years from manufacture date. (so I was about 2 years out of date)

The metal used on these parts across the Toyota line is garbage. I have a relative in the business fixing mine. But, the Sienna was effectively "totaled" by this failure. But the engine/trans never actually hit the street, my first symptom was the exhaust broke suddenly. I'm getting a deal on the repair. The first shop I took it to, told me to trade it in.

Obviously the climate you live in matters. I'm in the Chicago area.

Welcome back and thanks for the email. Road salt destroys every car in Chicago and right now in the present political situation kills one's spirit and often kills lives. I love Chicago but having the former Teacher's Union leader running the city is suicide for the city.

Welcome back! As far as rust and cars, living in the rust belt kills many of them

Sounds like this crazy thing we call Life.

Great tune to kick things back into gear.

    Keep at it, CP!

I'm a bit stunned by the drop.
With luck and that ever illusive "consistency" we can do better.

When your non lifting wife tells you "you need to get back to lifting", you know the break went too long.

It's nice to hear from you again. Go slow and be consistent with those pulls and you will surpass where you were. The only issue I have with pulls is trying to not tear my calluses off. I just went to straps to help. Do you have that problem?

I bought straps because I thought I might have problems with grip strength.
But big hands and weak lifts conspired to render my straps a decoration.
