Too damn cold and windy in the Stables for longer rest periods.
First press workout in 9 weeks without a Wt, Rep, or Set PR. Technically, I did two more reps @ 155 than last volume session.
For those of you thinking the problem is something else, I agree.

Felt strain/pull across the top of left shoulder on the 145 warm up set. Had me concerned but focused on elbow position and touch point - no trouble in later sets.
All R3's grindy. Especially S1 due to low touch and bad upward path.

Good on that 3x3. You only train presses at this moment?
Have you chronic pain on that shoulder?
When I feel a "strain" in a shoulder between bench press sets; I hang from the chin-up bar and wait 5 seconds, then I feel better. It stretchs your shoulder tendon and your shoulder girdle.
