    It's been a great run but I think I'm done with the NLP. Workouts are taking over 2 hours and I'm carrying a lot of fatigue. Going on vacation for 2 weeks so I decided to max everything out before either a layoff or a deload.

    Was initially shooting for 210 on the Press but the weight on the bar felt too good. Never pressed 200 before today and now I've done two plates.

    starting strength coach development program
    Tried out some pin presses today. I set the pins at eyebrow height, which is a little below my sticking point on the press. Looking forward to incorporating these into my programming.
