It's been a great run but I think I'm done with the NLP. Workouts are taking over 2 hours and I'm carrying a lot of fatigue. Going on vacation for 2 weeks so I decided to max everything out before either a layoff or a deload.
Was initially shooting for 210 on the Press but the weight on the bar felt too good. Never pressed 200 before today and now I've done two plates.
