I had a sharp pain in my lower back that I believe was another flare up of sciatica due to having to sit much more at work the week before. Worked on stretching the next few days when I could no longer hit depth or control the weight without pain

No significant pain. A little tightness in lower back still. Will continue stretching but it did not keep me from my workout
